INGREDIENTS:
~ 50g Almond Powder

~ 25g Oreo Cream
~ 5g Oreo Crumbs (without cream)
~ 10g Sugar
~ 25g Milk
~ 60g Unsalted Butter
~ 1/8Tsp Vanilla Bean Paste
~ 25g Oreo Cream
~ 5g Oreo Crumbs (without cream)
HOW TO MAKE
- Stir in Almond powder, Powdered sugar 2 times (remove the remaining coarse almond powder on the sieve to make a smooth texture)
- To make the meringue, add the egg whites and mix with a mixer until frothy, then add a little sugar and mix again for 30 seconds on low speed, add the remaining sugar and mix again for 30 seconds on low speed, add the blue food coloring and mix.
- Add the mixed powder, mix well until the powder is not visible. After that, put the dough into a piping bag.
- Then prepare the mold, print the dough into the mold.
- Let the dough dry first for 40 minutes at room temperature.
- After the dough is dry, add oreo crumbs on top, then bake it in the oven at 160 degrees for a preheated oven, and 10 minutes at 130 degrees for the oven.
- Repeat this step to make white coque.
- Prepare egg yolks and sugar then stir, add milk and stir again, then cook and stir until thickened.
- Prepare Unsalted butter then mixer until smooth, add the egg yolk and sugar mixture, then strain, add vanilla paste, and mixer until frothy/thickened.
- Add oreo crumbs and oreo cream, then stir with a spatula.
- For the macaron filling, squeeze the cream on top of the macarons and stack it with macarons again.
- Then put the finished macaron into the refrigerator let it cool first.
- After that, the macarons are ready to be served. 😋
