HOW TO MAKE GRILLED CARP

 


INGREDIENTS

  • 2 pieces (800g) of carp fish
  • 2 tsp Lime Juice
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Tamarind Water
  • 5 tbsp Sweet Soy Sauce
  • 3 Tbsp Oil for sautéing


GROUND SPICES

  • 3 Large Red Chilies
  • 4 Curly Red Chilies
  • 2 Red Cayenne Pepper
  • 6 Grains of Red Onion
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 2 tsp Coriander
  • 2 cm Ginger
  • 1 tsp Salt


SOY SAUCE INGREDIENTS

  • 5 tbsp Sweet Soy Sauce
  • 1 Tomato, remove seeds, cut into slices
  • 5 Red Cayenne Pepper, sliced
  • 5 Green Cayenne Pepper, sliced
  • 2 Red Onions, sliced
  • 1/2 tsp Lime Juice

HOW TO MAKE

    1. Marinate the carp in lime juice and salt. Let stand 15 minutes.
    2. Heat the oil. 
    3. Sauté spice paste until fragrant. Add tamarind, stir well. Lift, add sweet soy sauce, stir well again.
    4. Brush the fish with seasoning.
    5. Grill the fish while rubbing the remaining spices until cooked.
    6. Serve with the soy sauce.
